We will try to accomodate field requests - but make no promises.
What types of field requests can you submit? Here are some examples:
"Billy's best friend, Julie Moore, is also registering. If possible, could they be on the same field?"
"Our nieghbor John Franklin, is a volunteering as a coach. Could Becky please be on his field?"
"My daughter does not get along with her classmate, Rebecca Adams. Please do not put them on the same field."

I understand that all sports activities include an inherent risk of injury or even death, and on behalf of my child(ren), I assume these risks and waive all responsibility from Cedar Creek Community Church, its staff and volunteers; should an incident occur. I give the church my consent to make medical decisions for my child(ren), including the administration of first-aid care, in the event of my absence. I will be responsible for the cost of any medical care given to my child(ren). I will disclose to Cedar Creek Community Church any medical, social or psychological conditions my child(ren) has that may affect his or her participation or the safety of other participants.

 

We will have a photographer take photos of each team and distribute them to each family on the team. 
We may take photos/videos for use within our church or our social media.

When we recieve your registration and determine that there is a spot availible for your child, a link will be emailed to you to pay for your registration fee online. Payment must be made in order to secure your child's spot. If you are unable to pay online, arrangements can be made to pay in person at the church.
